Technology has never ceased to amaze me. Just this morning, my susceptibility to cool tech got in the way of my reading up for the exams. Made an effort to wake up early to be at college library, supposedly to "revise". As a pat-on-the-back for having the will power to wake up before 10am, I figured I deserved a few minutes of "recreational" reading before hitting the textbook.
Another fine instance that I'm a sucker for cool tech: Booted iTunes on my laptop and was told that there's a new version available. Was sent off to Apple's site and chanced upon iPod Special Edition: U2. The black-bodied iPod is cool but what got me hyperventilating was this: iPod Photo. Lo and behold; a colour-screen iPod on which you can store and view your photos while listening to your favourite tunes! Now, that has really got me drooling and I felt compelled to blog about it. Its super huge storage (40/60GB) aside, the new iPod boasts a whooping 15 hours of music playback despite being "in living colour". That's an almost 88% longer battery life compared to my 3rd generation iPod, just so that you know.
Before signing off to admire pictures of the new iPod, I would like to thank those who posted birthday greetings in the previous entry; truly appreciate them! And to Mama, who is celebrating her birthday tomorrow, "Happy Birthday to you, Ma!".
