Last day of term: courseworks; check, class tests; check, first successful sales meeting; check. I should be rejoicing but I still have this awful feeling weighing down on me and I don't feel quite excited about going on the skiing trip.

I've come to realise that what's really been bugging me and making me lose sleep is that I'm worried about not getting a summer internship. Already, I've been rejected by a couple of companies which offer actuarial internship. Rejection is something I'm more than familiar with, seeing that I dole out more than I really should; all that bad karma from rejecting the fact that I get more than my fair share of rejections is really doing me in.

Will be back in one week, hopefully, to a world without rejections.
